Marketplace terms

Handmade presents listings from independent maker shops and provides account, order, delivery-quote, status-history, return-request, and refund-record interfaces. The final legal relationship among the marketplace, makers, and buyers must be defined by the owner.

Sellers are responsible for accurate listing details, stock, price, production time, and product claims. Orders are limited to one shop and currency and remain subject to the available stock and accepted delivery quote.

Delivery charges are quoted separately. The seller cannot confirm until the buyer accepts the current quote. Payment is cash on delivery; a delivered status does not itself establish payment.

Permitted cancellations require a reason. Buyers may request a return for their own delivered order, while authorized operators manage later return states. Refund records describe refunds completed externally and do not represent an in-app payment transfer.

Before launch, define eligibility, prohibited goods, dispute handling, return windows, allocation of delivery costs, limitation of liability, intellectual-property reporting, suspension rules, governing law, and verified contact details.
