Collect cash on delivery
Orders are cash on delivery. You collect payment yourself; Handmade does not process or hold funds.
Quote delivery, then ship
Send the buyer a delivery charge, wait for their acceptance, then confirm and add your own courier tracking details.
What Handmade actually does
Handmade runs the storefront, orders, and delivery-charge agreement. Payment collection and shipping stay with you.
- Shops are reviewed by an operator before they go live
- List items with photos, materials, dimensions, and production time
- Buyers see subtotal and your delivery quote separately — never a hidden total
- Order status history is visible to you and the buyer
