Buyer guide

From discovery to delivery

Know what happens at each step, what you approve, and what each order status means.

Choose carefully

Review the description, materials, dimensions, care instructions, available stock, and production days. Customization text explains possibilities only; checkout does not collect customization choices.

Use the maker link on the product page to see the shop and its other active listings.

Checkout is per shop

An order contains products from one shop and one currency. If your cart includes multiple shops, complete a separate checkout for each shop.

Checkout requires a confirmed account. Repeating the exact same submitted request safely returns the original order rather than creating another.

Accept the delivery quote

The first amount shown is the product subtotal. Delivery is not included unless a shipping fee is explicitly quoted.

The seller submits a delivery quote. Review the subtotal, shipping fee, and total, then use the explicit acceptance action. The seller cannot confirm the order until the current quote is accepted.

Tracking, payment, cancellation, and returns

The order history records meaningful updates. Tracking details may be added after confirmation. Payment is cash on delivery, and delivery status is separate from payment status.

Relevant parties can cancel with a reason where the current order state permits it. A buyer may request a return for their own delivered order; approval and later return statuses are handled by an operator. Refund records describe refunds completed outside the marketplace.
