Account and profile details support sign-in and identify the account using buyer or seller features. Cart, address, order, event, return, review, and refund-record information supports the marketplace flows shown to the relevant user.

Active shop profiles, product listings, category information, and published reviews may be visible to public visitors. Do not place private or sensitive information in public listing fields.

Authentication sessions are handled through the connected authentication service. The browser may retain a guest cart and an immutable pending checkout request so interrupted submissions can be retried safely for the same signed-in user.

Access to account-specific records is governed by the connected project's access policies. Certain shop, return, payment, and refund status actions are reserved for authorized operators.

Retention periods, legal bases, regional privacy rights, controller identity, processors, international transfer terms, and a verified privacy contact must be supplied by the marketplace owner and reviewed for the jurisdictions where the service operates.
