Delivery is quoted per order
Product prices and delivery charges stay separate until the seller provides a quote and the buyer accepts it.
1. Order requested
Checkout creates a pending order with the product subtotal. A missing shipping fee does not mean delivery is free.
2. Seller quotes
The seller adds a shipping fee. A changed quote replaces the earlier amount and resets buyer acceptance.
3. Buyer accepts
The buyer reviews subtotal plus shipping fee as the total, then explicitly accepts the current quote.
4. Seller confirms
Confirmation is blocked until the current shipping quote has been accepted.
5. Tracking follows
Carrier and tracking information may be added after confirmation or while the order is shipped.
6. Delivery and COD
The order may then move to delivered. Delivery status does not mean COD payment has been recorded.
