Write a product listing buyers can trust

Use a clear title and description, list the actual materials, provide useful dimensions, and add care instructions that match the finished item. Avoid unsupported quality, sustainability, or origin claims.

Keep stock accurate and use production days for the time needed before dispatch. Do not fold delivery time into production time, because the delivery quote is handled separately for each order.

The customization description is informational. State what may be possible, but do not tell buyers they submitted options through checkout when the marketplace does not collect them there.
